ATC Sells 290-Unit Augusta Apartment Complex
Berkadia brokered the sale of MacArthur Park, a 290-unit, garden-style multifamily property in Augusta, Georgia. Christian DiCroce, Jim Sewell, Dave Lansbury, and Erika Maston of Berkadia Charleston led the transaction on behalf of ATC Development, the seller.
MacArthur Park sold for $40.6 million and the sales price reflects a per-unit price of $140,000 or $168 per square foot. The property was 91% occupied at the time of the sale.
Located at 101 Little Rock Drive, the property affords convenient access to I-520 and U.S. 78, as well as close proximity to Augusta Mall and Fort Gordon. Built in 2022, MacArthur Park features 290 units and a range of community amenities, including a saltwater pool, fitness center, and business center.
