Jackson-Shaw Starts Work on 900K-SF Denton Industrial Project

Jackson-Shaw broke ground on Horizon 35, a master-planned business park at the northeast corner of Interstate 35 and Loop 288 in Denton, Texas. Phase I will deliver 543,550 square feet across three rear-load buildings and is now pre-leasing for delivery in the third quarter of 2027. At full buildout, the development will total more than 900,000 square feet and accommodate a range of tenant sizes. A future Phase II offers up to 400,000 square feet for build-to-suit.

Along the I-35 corridor, Horizon 35 offers frontage and access to Interstate 35, Loop 288, and U.S. Highway 77.

Phase I includes Building 1 at 147,390 square feet, Building 2 at 145,920 square feet, and Building 3 at 250,240 square feet.

ARCO/Murray is serving as the design-builder. The Stream Realty Partners leasing team for Horizon 35 includes Forrest Cook, Mac Hall and Connor Land.
