CBRE has been retained to market and lease North Rhett Center at 5801 North Rhett Avenue, a 516,000-square-foot two-building industrial property in Hanahan, South Carolina. The property offers approximately 318,926 square feet of available space for lease and was recently acquired by Obelisk Real Estate Partners.

Obelisk Real Estate Partners recently acquired 5801 North Rhett Avenue and the adjacent 305,250-square foot industrial property at 1020 North Pointe Industrial Boulevard from CenterPoint Properties. The available space at 5801 North Rhett can accommodate users ranging from approximately 50,000 square feet to the full 318,926 square feet. The property also offers CSX rail service and up to 3.25 acres of laydown yard space, providing flexibility for a range of manufacturing, logistics and distribution users. The asset is also proximate to the NIWC and Charleston International Airport, where Boeing is expanding its production facility.
