PE Firm OceanSound Expands Presence at SL Green’s 450 Park Ave.

SL Green Realty Corp said Monday that OceanSound, LP has signed a new five-year, 32,032 square foot lease covering floors 8, 22 and 23 at 450 Park Ave. The private equity firm, which focuses on the technology sector, currently subleases 21,640 square feet

“We’re proud to extend and expand our valued relationship with OceanSound at 450 Park Ave.,” said Steven Durels, EVP, director of leasing and real property at SL Green. “The recent completion of various building upgrades has positioned 450 Park as the premier boutique office building for tenants seeking best-in-class workspace with upscale amenities at a luxury location.”

OceanSound was represented by John Johnson of Savills, Inc. SL Green was represented by Paul Amrich, Neil King, Alex D’Amario, Matthew Dichter and Brooke Dewing of CBRE. Located at the southwest corner of Park Avenue and 57th Street, 450 Park is a 33-story office tower whose tenants include Banco Bradesco, Blue Crest Capital Management, Garnett Station Partners, Muzinich & Co, and Steadfast Financial.
