MMCC Arranges Financing for Riverside County Self-Storage Property

Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) arranged $7,380,000 in financing for Beaumont RV and Self Storage, a 49,958-square-foot self-storage property located at 251 W. 1st St. in Beaumont.

Chad O’Connor, executive managing director in MMCC’s San Diego office, secured the 10-year financing with a national federal credit union on behalf of a private client. The loan carries a 5.75% interest rate and a 30-year amortization period.

“Demand for self-storage remains supported by the sector’s durable operating fundamentals and the need for flexible space serving both household and recreational uses,” said O’Connor. “We were pleased to secure long-term financing with competitive terms that align with our client’s investment objectives.”

Beaumont RV and Self Storage offers traditional self-storage units as well as dedicated RV and boat storage. The property is located near Interstate 10 and provides convenient access for customers throughout Beaumont and the surrounding Riverside County area.
