Perry Ellis Relocates Swimwear Offices in Portland
Perry Ellis International, which has held the license for Nike Swim since 2003, has relocated its swimwear operations in Portland, Oregon, from its former space in Kerns to the Goose Hollow neighborhood.
Perry Ellis signed a long-term lease for 25,289 square feet of office and studio space at Lincoln Place in Portland’s Goose Hollow neighborhood, and the 41 employees at its swimwear operations have moved into the space, reported the Portland Business Journal. Its swimwear operations’ offices had been at 1820 NE Glisan Street.
Mike Holzgang, Brad Christiansen and Andy Stewart of Colliers represented Perry Ellis in the lease transaction, while Trevor Kafuory and Autumn Brice, also of Colliers, represented the landlord, Schnitzer Properties. The new office is used for swimwear creation and marketing. Schnitzer Properties has owned Lincoln Place since 1988, and the building sits in a commercial corridor near Providence Park.
