Landmark Delivers 397-Bed CSU Student Housing Venture

Landmark Properties delivered The Mark Fort Collins, a 397-bed off-campus student housing community at 255 Johnson Drive in Fort Collins, less than half a mile from Colorado State University. The project was developed in partnership with Silverpeak Real Estate Partners and Peninsula Investments. 

Landmark’s Jason Doornbos added, “Landmark and our joint venture partners took over a stalled project from a previous developer, restarted construction, and delivered a high-quality asset.” 

The Mark Fort Collins features 193 units in a mix of studio to four-bedroom layouts.

Amenities included a heated outdoor pool and sun shelf, a sky deck and lounge, three courtyards, a gaming lawn, multiple firepits with seating areas, a hammock grove, and outdoor grilling spots. The property also features a fitness center, coffee bar, sports simulator, private study and coworking rooms, and a wellness center.
