Colliers Leads Sale, Leasing for 1.9M-SF Sacramento Industrial Portfolio

Colliers has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for 25 buildings within the recently acquired North Market Industrial Park, a 28-building industrial portfolio. Vice chair Mark Demetre, VP Michael Hoo, and senior associate Nathan Miller will lead the leasing efforts and strategy on behalf of the owner, Blue Rise Ventures and equity partner, DRA Advisors.

EVPs Brad Idleman, Kevin Moul, Bob Gilley and Andy Zighelboim of Colliers facilitated the sale of the portfolio. Terms were not disclosed. Spanning 28 buildings totaling 1.9 million square feet and formerly known as North Natomas Business Park, it is the largest industrial portfolio sale in Sacramento since 2017, according to Colliers.

“The new ownership is highly focused on tenants and their needs,” said Demetre. “Well-maintained properties paired with responsive management help drive tenant retention, lease renewals and new leasing activity. In today’s market, that combination of strong fundamentals and practical property management creates value for both tenants and ownership.”
