Mid-America Asset Management Announces Strategic Partnership with Newcastle Properties

Oak Brook, Illinois-based Mid-America Asset Management announced a new partnership with Newcastle Properties, a privately held real estate investment and management company with a portfolio spanning more than 80 properties across 23 states and approximately 2.8 million square feet.

As part of the partnership, Mid-America will provide comprehensive property services for 16 retail properties totaling approximately 810,000 square feet. The scope of services includes full property management, accounting services, maintenance and property support.

The collaboration further expands Mid-America’s property management platform, and the company’s full-service management platform and team will provide hands-on support to maintain and enhance asset performance. The portfolio assignment includes ongoing property operations, financial reporting and accounting, vendor management, tenant relations, and comprehensive cleaning and maintenance services, ensuring a seamless experience for both ownership and tenants.
