KDC, Pillar Adding 225K-SF Building to Allen Office Park
KDC and Pillar Commercial have formed a partnership to develop One Bethany North, a new planned Class A office project in the Watters Creek Office Park in Allen, Texas. The Watters Creek Office Park is a 17-acre, multi-phase, Class A corporate office park with two existing buildings, and One Bethany North on the way.
The nine-story office tower will include approximately 225,000 square feet of office and common area space. The development will also feature an outdoor courtyard with pickleball courts, putting greens and ample seating designed to activate the exterior elements and enhance walkability to the Watters Creek mixed-use district. A 3,500 square-foot restaurant is also planned as part of the development.
One Bethany North will feature a tenant lounge, conference facilities and an upscale fitness center. The property site is directly across the street from the Delta by Marriott Convention Center Hotel.
Pillar Commercial will lead the marketing and leasing effort for the new office development.
