Lee & Associates Negotiates Pair of Industrial Lease Renewals in Itasca

Lee & Associates of Illinois has closed a pair of lease renewal transactions totaling 73,513 square feet in Itasca, Illinois.

Jeff Galante, SIOR, principal at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the tenant, Richards Building Supply, a national building exterior material supplier, in a 58,513-square-foot lease renewal at 909 W. Irving Park Road in Itasca, Illinois. The building is owned by Westmount Realty Capital.

Jeff Janda, SIOR, and Mike Plumb, SIOR, principals at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented Landlord Molto Properties in the renewal of a 15,000-square-foot flex building located at 295 Spring Lake Drive in Itasca, Illinois. Cal Payne of CBRE represented the tenant, a Fortune 100 auto manufacturing company utilizing the facility as a training center.
