Maryland Realtors Hires Transwestern to Manage Annapolis HQ Property

Transwestern has been retained by Maryland REALTORS to provide asset services for two office buildings totaling 64,708 square feet in Annapolis, Maryland.

The properties include 200 Harry S. Truman Parkway, the association’s 54,762-square-foot headquarters office building, and 2594 Riva Road, a 9,946-square-foot single-tenant office building next door. Transwestern’s Sarah Alt and Calin Gladden will lead management oversight of the properties.

“We are thrilled to continue our partnership with Maryland REALTORS and apply Transwestern’s customized, forward-thinking management approach to deliver operational excellence and an exceptional tenant experience,” said Alt, a Vice President at Transwestern.
