The tides at Palm Bay

Woodfield Delivers 318-Unit Palm Bay Rental Community

Woodfield Development opened the doors to Tides at Palm Bay, a 318-unit, $100 million luxury apartment community in Palm Bay, Florida. Located at 2485 Port Malabar Blvd. NE Palm Bay, it features apartments in two five-story buildings & townhomes, alongside 19,000 square feet of commercial space.

The development includes studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, with rents ranging from $1,600 to $4,200 per month. Each unit features open-concept great rooms with expansive private balconies and walk-in closets. Amenities include a club lounge with a living room and gaming areas, a fitness center, and a two-story sky lounge overlooking the Indian River Lagoon. Outside offerings include a pool deck with an outdoor summer kitchen and grilling areas. 

The project team for the Palm Bay project includes the general contractor CBG Building Company and the architecture firm Charlan Brock Architects.
