Burman Real Estate Breaks Ground on $130M Mineola Condo Project

Burman Real Estate, AJM Real Estate, Caiola Real Estate Group and Park It Management broke ground on The Bridge, a $130- million, nine-story condominium development that will bring 101 for-sale, luxury residences and a 10,000-square-foot event venue to downtown Mineola, NY. The project is located at 212-214 Third St., directly across from the Mineola Long Island Rail Road station.

Nearly 100 local officials, business leaders, project partners and community stakeholders gathered at the development site to mark the start of construction.  The ceremony included the presentation of proclamations, and a ceremonial shovel turn against a backdrop of excavation equipment, project renderings and the Mineola LIRR station.

“There is a clear gap in Long Island’s housing market for high-quality condominium ownership opportunities,” said Scott Burman, principal of Burman Real Estate. “The Bridge responds to that need at a scale and caliber the region has not seen before, bringing 101 luxury residences to one of the region’s most connected downtowns and creating a much-needed alternative to single-family living for buyers seeking greater convenience without sacrificing design, space or amenities.”
