Skanska Announces Michael Meyer as Vice President, Asset Management

Skanska USA Commercial Development announced the hiring of Michael Meyer as vice president, asset management, a newly created role focused on strengthening asset performance across the company’s U.S. commercial development portfolio.

In this role, Meyer will be responsible for asset performance and reporting, supporting Skanska’s continued focus on customer experience, operational excellence, investor reporting, sustainability and divestment readiness. He will work closely with Skanska’s regional market teams, finance, marketing and sustainability leaders. Meyer is based in Washington, D.C, and reports to Pablo Rabagliati, Chief Financial Officer.

“As our portfolio continues to grow and mature, strengthening our asset management capabilities is an important step in maximizing long-term value across our investments,” said Murphy McCullough, President and CEO, Skanska USA Commercial Development. Meyer joins Skanska from Redbrick LMD as Vice President of Asset Management, where he provided strategic oversight for a diversified multifamily and commercial portfolio in the Washington, D.C. region.
