Prologis to Deliver 271K-SF Facility in Portland

Prologis will deliver a modern, sustainable warehouse and distribution facility at Prologis Broadmoor, located at 3509 NE Columbia Boulevard in Portland, Oregon, which will be occupied by Daimler Truck North America.

The facility will support Daimler’s aftermarket parts distribution operations. The 271,828-square-foot facility is designed to support efficient operations while remaining adaptable to changing customer needs, with features such as 36-foot clear heights. The site’s ideal location offers redundant truck routing options, with direct access to I-5 and I-205, and proximity to Portland International Airport.

Prologis is pursuing LEED certification for the 8,750-square-foot office space. Construction is underway, and shell completion is expected in early 2027. Prior to vertical construction, Prologis completed a significant wetlands restoration project on approximately 45 acres surrounding the facility, which had previously supported water- and fertilizer-intensive golf course operations. The project advances economic development in Northeast Portland by reimagining the Broadmoor Golf Course as a sustainable, productive logistics hub.
