New York Life Sees Leasing Momentum at 757 Third Ave. Amid Continued Renovations

JLL has completed 24,107 square feet of leasing activity at 757 Third Ave. The leasing activity comes as New York Life continues to enhance the Midtown East office property with planned cosmetic renovations to the lobby and the rollout of a new prebuilt office program.

Rectn leases include the following:

● Financial services firm Dutchess Management expanded into the entire 24th floor, totaling 6,987 square feet. The tenant was represented by Mark Weiss and Jenna Catalon of Cushman & Wakefield.

● Yuco Management, a real estate development and management organization, signed a new full-floor lease for 6,960 square feet. The tenant, relocating from 200 Park Ave., was also represented by Weiss and Catalon.

● Elite signed a new full-floor lease totaling 6,960 square feet. Adam Ardise, Stephen Bellwood and Rachel Rosenfeld of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

● Real estate investment firm Wharton Equity Partners renewed its lease for 3,200 square feet. Wharton was represented by Jonathan Serko, Barry Zeller and Barry Garfinkle of Cushman & Wakefield.

JLL serves as the agency leasing broker for 757 Third Ave. The team is led by vice chairman Mitch Konsker, executive managing director Clark Finney, senior managing director Simon Landmann, SVP Kristen Morgan and VP Lance Yasinsky.
