CBRE Promotes Andrew Hitchcock to Vice Chairman in Seattle

CBRE has promoted Andrew Hitchcock to vice chairman, the firm’s highest professional title for producers.

Hitchcock specializes in industrial leasing, as well as the acquisition and disposition of logistics, warehouse, and headquarters facilities for corporate clients in the Pacific Northwest and throughout the United States.

Hitchcock advises clients on site selection, incentives negotiation, logistical location analysis, transaction management, and financial analysis, drawing on more than two decades of experience in the industrial market. His five-broker team has consistently topped CBRE’s Pacific Northwest industrial production rankings, and he has ranked among the region’s annual top industrial producers since joining CBRE in 2012.

“Andrew has built one of the most consistent track records in our industrial practice. His promotion to vice chairman reflects the standard he’s set for this market for more than a decade,” said John Miller, executive managing director, CBRE.
