Friedman Real Completes Sale of Virginia Technology Center for $13M

Friedman Real Estate’s Derek DeLaura and Andreanna Grillo successfully completed the sale of an 81,426-square-foot Technology Center located at 813 Diligence Drive in Newport News, Virginia.

Friedman represented the seller, a private investor, in the transaction. The buyer, Cove Capital, purchased the property for $13.4 million. Brian Brockman of Bang Realty was the in-state broker.

Built in 1986, the property is situated on a site spanning more than six acres. The center also includes 370 parking spaces. Based in Michigan, Friedman Real Estate provides advisory, property management, multifamily, brokerage, and construction services.
