Worth & Associates Acquires 108K-SF San Antonio Office Campus

Worth & Associates acquired The Commons at Concord Park, a four-building, 108,116 square-foot office campus located at 300 E. Sonterra Blvd in San Antonio’s Stone Oak submarket. It brings the company’s total owned portfolio to 3 million square feet.

The Commons at Concord Park currently features 17,131 square feet of available space for lease, with suites ranging from 1,254 to 9,790 square feet. The campus is 85% occupied and includes a mix of single-story and two-story office buildings designed to accommodate a variety of professional office users. The property’s diverse tenant mix includes businesses spanning construction, logistics, medical research, healthcare and physical therapy services, reflecting the campus’s flexibility and broad market appeal.

Worth & Associates immediately assumed leasing and management following the acquisition. The firm plans to make several capital improvements throughout the property.
