Harris Ranch

Urban Logistics Starts Work on 1.1M-SF Harris Ranch Warehouse Facility

Urban Logistics Realty acquired 53 acres of Harris Ranch in Denton, Texas. The acquisition of Harris Ranch will kickstart Phase I of an industrial development featuring five buildings totaling 656,007 square feet. The Phase I buildings will range in size from 69,000 to 193,000 square feet.  The project offers a range of single-load configurations from 19,000 to 193,000 square feet.

Groundbreaking for Phase I is scheduled for early August with an anticipated delivery in the third quarter of 2027.

The two-phase industrial development will total ten buildings making up 1,109,207 square feet.

Harris Ranch is being developed by a joint venture between Urban Logistics and a real estate fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital, with construction financing provided by First United Bank. Additional project partners include Holt Lunsford as the leasing agent, GSR Andrade Architects as the architect, Kimley-Horn as the engineer and Bratjen Construction as the general contractor.

Harris Ranch was established in 1952, and longhorn cattle once wandered the grounds.
