Proper Title Opens Office in Chicago’s Western Suburbs

Proper Title, LLC, a full-service title insurance agency serving the residential and commercial real estate industries, opened its new office at 7577 Lake St. in River Forest, Illinois.

The office marks Proper Title’s 16th closing location in the Chicagoland area and expands its reach in Chicago’s western suburbs. “We’ve wanted a permanent presence in Oak Park-River Forest for over 10 years because of the relationships we’ve built with brokers, attorneys and lenders throughout the area,” said Kim O’Donnell, executive vice president of business development at Proper Title. “This office allows us to serve those clients more efficiently while continuing to grow in one of Chicagoland’s strongest residential real estate markets.”

The new office provides a modern setting for residential and commercial real estate closings. The River Forest office expands Proper Title’s network of closing locations throughout Illinois and Northwest Indiana.
