JLL Scores Listing on The Stack
JLL landed the listing on The Stack, the distinctive 16-story office tower in the Deep Ellum district of Dallas. The property is owned by a joint venture between Westdale Real Estate Investment and Management, Ivanhoé Cambridge and Hines. It was completed in 2021.
The 217,000-square-foot building is 100% leased. Major tenants include advertising agency TRG and third-party logistics provider Worldwide Express, which announced in 2021 it was moving its headquarters to The Stack from Victory Park. There is $133 million remaining contractual revenue.
The Dallas Business Journal reports the building and its land are valued at $77.5 million.
Located at 2700 Commerce St., The Stack includes 200,000 square feet of office space, 15,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, a 10th-floor amenity deck, private tenant balconies, a fitness center, a curated coffee and cocktail lounge and concierge package delivery.
