Kidder Mathews Arranges Sale of Mixed-Use Apartments in WA
A nine-unit apartment complex in Wenatchee, Washington, has sold for $1.85 million. Kidder Mathews Vice President Max Frame of the Simon Anderson Multifamily Team, based at the firm’s Seattle headquarters, represented the seller.
Located at 475 N. Elliott Avenue, the 6,444-square-foot property was built in 2015 and includes eight residential units and one commercial space. The turn-key building sits across the street from Wenatchee Valley College and within walking distance of downtown.
The property went under contract after just six days on the market. The buyer submitted an all-cash offer with no financing contingency, completed a 10-day contingency period, and closed the transaction within 28 days. “The speed and certainty of this transaction demonstrate the strong demand for well-located, turn-key multifamily assets in Wenatchee,” said Frame. “The property’s proximity to Wenatchee Valley College and downtown, along with its mix of residential and commercial space, made it an especially compelling opportunity.”
