Colliers Arranges DC Office Lease for Working America

Colliers announced that Working America has signed a 14,354-square-foot lease at 1725 Eye Street, NW in Washington, D.C.

The transaction was led by Colliers Executive Vice President Mark Sullivan, Senior Vice President Matt Venos and Client Services Coordinator Cassidy May on behalf of the landlord, Cafritz. Lincoln Property Company represented the tenant.

Working America will take occupancy immediately after the current tenant vacates this fall. Owner Calvin Cafritz Enterprises is undertaking a comprehensive capital improvement program designed to elevate the tenant experience. Planned upgrades include a fully modernized lobby, a state-of-the-art conference center, a cutting-edge fitness facility and a redesigned rooftop terrace.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Working America and support the impactful work they do for communities across the country,” said Matt Venos, Senior Vice President at Colliers. “With its prime location and ownership’s significant upcoming investment in the property, 1725 Eye Street is an ideal fit.”
