AI Firm Mercor Brings One World Trade to 97% Leased

The Durst Organization and The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey announced that Mercor has signed a lease at One World Trade Center for 25,550 square feet on the 77th floor. The term length was not disclosed. With this agreement, One World Trade Center is 97% leased and Mercor joins the growing community of artificial intelligence companies with offices at the 3.1-million-square-foot tower.

“One World Trade Center was built for forward-looking, cutting-edge companies looking for a world-class home in New York City. We look forward to welcoming Mercor to the building,” said Jody Durst, president of The Durst Organization.

The Durst Organization was represented in-house by Eric Engelhardt, Karen Rose, and Sayo Kamara and by Newmark’s David Falk, Peter Shimkin, Hal Stein, Nathan Kropp, and Paige Raisides. Harry Singer of CBRE represented Mercor.
