Tishman Speyer Secures Nearly 150K SF of Leases at 125 High Street

Tishman Speyer has signed lease agreements totaling 149,155 square feet at 125 High St., its 1.5-million-square-foot office campus in Boston’s Financial District. These include a 5,740-square-foot expansion with MG+M The Law Firm to grow its headquarters to 44,580 square feet, a nine-year lease extension for 20,115 square feet by William Blair and a three-year extension with asset manager Breckinridge Capital Advisors to maintain its 16,460-square-foot headquarters. Two additional long-term tenants have signed lease extensions and expansions totaling 68,000 square feet.

Tishman Speyer recently completed a revamp of its 125 High Street campus, which encompasses three towers connected by a central atrium lobby.  This includes a full suite of new and enhanced amenities, expanded coworking and event spaces, and hospitality-inspired lobbies and common areas.

“Exceptional environments are never static, which is why we continue to invest in amenities, hospitality, and the overall customer experience to strengthen 125 High St.’s appeal to leading companies,” said Jeff Moore, managing director at Tishman Speyer. “These renewed and expanded commitments reflect that dedication to delivering superior workplaces.”
