Dallas Apartment Builder Inks $78.7M Refi

JLL Capital Markets arranged a $78.7 million construction takeout financing for The Flynn at Live Oak, a five-story, 327-unit newly completed luxury multifamily community in Dallas, Texas.

JLL represented the borrower, Conor Commercial Real Estate and Globe Corporation, in securing the loan through funds managed by Blue Owl Capital Inc.

Located at 4931 Live Oak St. The Flynn at Live Oak features a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments averaging 832 square feet. Residents enjoy amenities such as a 2,500-square-foot pool with sun shelf, two outdoor courtyards with fire pits and grilling stations, a sky lounge with downtown views, a fitness center with outdoor yoga space, co-working offices and a grab-and-go convenience store. The property also provides 420 parking spaces with electric vehicle charging stations on every garage level.
