Inland to Develop Apartments near Mayo Clinic in Rochester
Inland National Development Company (INDC) plans to co-develop Citywalk Apartments, a 342-unit, market-rate multifamily community in downtown Rochester, Minnesota, directly across from Mayo Clinic’s downtown campus.
“We are excited to bring Citywalk Apartments to the heart of downtown Rochester,” said Anthony Casaccio, president and CEO of INDC. “This project reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality housing in high-growth markets like Rochester, where demand continues to be driven by world-class healthcare and sustained economic expansion.” INDC and Reuter Walton Development are working together as co-developers of the project.
The community will be strategically located at 201 6th Ave SW, directly across the street from Mayo Clinic’s new $5 billion expansion and within steps of Rochester’s pedestrian-friendly subway and skyway system. The project includes a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences and 90 short-term, fully furnished rental units. Construction on Citywalk Apartments is expected to begin in 2026, with completion anticipated in 2028.
