Berkadia Arranges Sale, Financing of 270-Unit VA Multifamily Property

Berkadia has arranged the sale and financing of Masons Keepe, a 270-unit garden-style multifamily community located in Manassas, Virginia.

Senior Managing Director Brian Crivella, Managing Directors Bill Gribbin and Yalda Ghamarian, and Associate Director Jack Canepa of Berkadia DC Metro, along with Senior Managing Director Drew White of Berkadia Richmond, arranged the sale on behalf of University Village Apartments, LLC.

Senior Managing Director Brad Williamson of Berkadia Miami and Senior Managing Director Christopher Ellis of Berkadia Denver secured financing on behalf of the buyer, Bridge Investment Group. Berkadia originated, and Freddie Mac secured, the five-year, fixed-rate loan with a three-year interest-only period, a 35-year amortization schedule, and a 70% loan-to-value ratio.

Located at 9000 Landings Drive, Masons Keepe was built in 2004 and features a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartment homes. The property provides convenient access to employment centers throughout Prince William County and the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
