Schnitzer West to Purchase Office Complex in Downtown Bellevue

Schnitzer West is under exclusive agreement to purchase The Bravern Office Commons and Garage, a two-tower, 749,694-square-foot office property that the company originally developed in downtown Bellevue.

The Bravern Office Commons and Garage were developed and delivered by Schnitzer West in 2009. The property includes two towers totaling 749,694 square feet along with a 3,134-stall parking garage that serves the entire Bravern project. The towers were fully leased to Microsoft from 2009 through 2025 and have not undergone significant renovation since their original build-out.

The transaction is anticipated to close this fall, and Broderick Group is managing leasing. The Shops at The Bravern and The Bravern Signature Residences are each under separate, independent ownership and are not part of this transaction.

“The Bravern is a marquee asset, and we are thrilled for the opportunity to bring it back into our portfolio and reposition it as a premier address for tenants in Bellevue,” said Pam Hirsch, president, chief investment officer & chief operating officer, Schnitzer West.
