KLNB Represents Chinese Restaurant Concept in National Harbor Lease

KLNB announced that restaurant brand Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao has opened its new location at 180 American Way in National Harbor.

KLNB Principal Josh Weiner represented Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao in securing the lease, in collaboration with Jerry Johnson of Bennett Williams Retail, who served as co-broker and master broker for the tenant. Tony Summers represented the landlord, Peterson Companies.

The Michelin-recommended restaurant signed the lease in 2024 for the 6,253-square-foot space. The restaurant serves Northern Chinese cuisine, including signature soup dumplings and features a full bar service.

“We began by evaluating the market based on Nan Xiang’s specific expansion criteria and toured numerous opportunities throughout the region,” said KLNB’s Josh Weiner. “We’re excited to help bring Nan Xiang to National Harbor and introduce this acclaimed concept to even more customers throughout the Washington region.”
