Marcus & Millichap Closes Sale of North Shore Industrial Condo

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of an industrial condominium at 30 Log Bridge Rd. in Middleton, MA. The asset sold for $2,525,000.

“The quality of this industrial condo drove interest from owner-users and investors,” said Mattias Edenkrans, associate director investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office. “Ultimately, the low market vacancy in this core North Shore market appealed to an investor group that purchased with conviction, allowing us to achieve certainty of execution for our client.”

Edenkrans and Luigi Lessa of Marcus & Millichap marketed the property on behalf of the seller, E Homes Realty, LLC, and procured the buyer, Richardson Green. The property, located at 30 Log Bridge Road #303, is a 12,975-square-foot industrial condominium on a 13.51-acre lot. The property is split into a 7,025-square-foot warehouse, a 2,975-square-foot showroom on the first floor and a 2,975-square-foot second-floor office space. It was built in 2016 and includes 25 parking spaces.
