9-Story Richardson Office Building Picked Up by Harkinson

Harkinson Investment Group acquired Tower 2600, a 229,000-square-foot office building in Richardson.

Newmark’s Gary Carr, Robert Hill, Chris Murphy and Austin Sheahan represented the seller, Development Ventures Group.

Located at 2600 N. Central Expressway in the heart of Richardson’s Technology Corridor, Tower 2600 is a nine-story office tower, 92% leased. The property features a full suite of tenant amenities, including a conference center, fitness center, tenant lounge and grab-and-go food service. 

Newmark’s Carr added, “The property’s strong occupancy, long-term tenancy and position within one of North Texas’ most dynamic employment centers drove significant interest from investors.” 

The property is anchored by a diverse roster of tenants and is located within one of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex’s largest employment hubs, supporting more than 130,000 jobs and over 25 million square feet of office space. The area is home to major corporate users including AT&T, State Farm, GEICO and Texas Instruments.
