- Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of Lago Vista, a multifamily property in Kissimmee, Florida. The asset sold for $6.3 million. Matthew Prozzillo, Benjamin Skinner, Tarek Chbeir and Cameron Strachota of Marcus & Millichap exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the undisclosed buyer and seller. There are 40 two-bedroom, two-bath apartments and a manager’s unit. Lago Vista was built in 1974 and 1982.
- JLL announced has been retained to lead leasing at Primera Towers following the acquisition of the 771,826-square-foot Class A office campus in Lake Mary by a Joint Venture between IP Capital Partner and Highline Real Estate Capital. The transaction IP Capital Partners’ Central Florida office portfolio to nearly 1.2 million square feet. JLL’s Micah Strader will oversee leasing efforts at Primera Towers on behalf of ownership. The five-building Primera Towers is located along Interstate 4 in Lake Mary.
- Carrot Properties sold Regents Park, a multifamily property in Holly Hill, Florida, near Daytona Beach, for $4.6 million. The property at 660 8th St. totals 32 units across three two-story buildings on a 5.5-acre lot. Regents Park was built in 1986, and approximately 80% of the units have been partially or fully renovated. Jason Hague and Ned Roberts of Marcus & Millichap marketed the property on behalf of Carrot Properties,
