Joseph Kavanagh Co. Completes Sale of HQ, Manufacturing Facility

Joseph Kavanagh Co. has completed the sale of its corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility at 8100 Lynhurst Road in Dundalk, Maryland, to Titan Steel Corporation for $2.3 million.

MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services Senior Vice President and Principal Andrew Meeder, SIOR, and Matthew Curran, together with Real Estate Advisor Alton Curry, represented Joseph Kavanagh Co. in the sale of the nearly 19,000-square-foot building in Dundalk, containing a mix of office, industrial, and warehouse space.     

Established in 1866 by Joseph Kavanagh, the company began as a coppersmith shop and later transitioned into a metal-bending and rolling company. The 2.27-acre site, located at the intersection of Lynhurst Road and North Point Road, fronts Interstate 696 and features 14- to 16.5-foot ceilings, two drive-in loading docks, approximately 2,500 square feet of office space, and a fenced outdoor storage yard. 8100 Lynhurst Road is positioned approximately five miles from Interstate 95 and the Dundalk Marine Terminal, and is less than 20 miles from BWI Airport.
