Newmark Lands Listings to Sell 3 Phoenix-Area Class A Office Properties
Newmark has the listings for three Class A office properties in the Phoenix Metro area. The Phoenix Business Journal reports the offices, totaling 545,000 square feet, are situated in Chandler, Scottsdale and Phoenix. Newmark brokers Barry Gabel, Chris Marchildon and CJ Osbrink are marketing the properties, which include:
• One Chandler Corporate Center at 350 N. McClintock Drive is a two-story, 117,394-square-foot office that was built in 2018. The building is fully leased. The property was bought in 2019 by an entity connected to Strategic Office Partners for $25.2 million.
• Northsight Corporate Center, at 14400 N. 87th St. in the Scottsdale Airpark. Vertical Ventures acquired the Scottsdale property for $42.25 million in 2024 from CIM Group. Vanguard has a lease at the center and expects to invest millions more in upgrades.
• The third Newmark listing is The Summit (shown), a two-building, 280,904-square-foot office complex in Phoenix’s Piestewa Peak Corridor. Newmark is calling for offers on The Summit July 15.
