Core Spaces Advancing 2,201-Bed Texas A&M Student Housing Venture

Core Spaces (Core) broke ground on Hub College Station, a student housing community located in the heart of the Northgate District just steps from Texas A&M University. Financing was provided by Pacific Life. Construction is led by Treehouse Construction. Architecture is led by Antunovich Associates.

Located on College Main Street, Hub College Station will be the largest new student housing development in Northgate, delivering a combined 570 units and 2,201 beds, across two buildings, spanning more than seven acres. Each building will consist of seven stories, a diverse mix of floor plans, all connected by a multi-level precast parking garage.

Hub College Station will offer approximately 60,000+ square feet of amenity space, making it the largest amenity package in College Station and in Core’s portfolio to date. Planned amenities include a 20,000 square foot rooftop pool deck, a pool, a hot tub and the market’s largest single-building fitness offering.

Hub College Station is expected to deliver ahead of the 2028-2029 academic school year.
