Prologis Acquires 26 Acres in Glendale Heights for 454K-SF Development

Prologis has acquired 26.19 acres of land in Glendale Heights, comprising 25.56 acres at 375 Army Trail Road and a 0.6-acre portion of 400 Regency Drive.

Plans call for the speculative development of two logistics facilities totaling 454,000 square feet, making it the current largest new development in the submarket’s history. Each building will offer 36-foot clear heights, over 200 car parking spaces and a shared 200-foot truck court. The site is located in an established industrial area, adjacent to the High Grove Business Park to the east and a commercial and retail development with nearby amenities to the west.

The property offers direct access to I-355 and proximity to Chicago O’Hare International Airport and the broader Chicago metropolitan area. “This is a pivotal transaction for Prologis as we build out our active development pipeline across Chicago,” said Josh Bauer, vice president and investment officer for Prologis. “Unlocking an opportunity of this scale in Central DuPage is extremely rare, and we look forward to advancing a development that reflects the priorities of Glendale Heights and will support hundreds of businesses and help strengthen the region’s supply chain.”
