Diversified Advancing Mesa Power Center

Diversified Partners is moving ahead with Destination at Gateway, a 163-acre power center development located at the new SR-24 interchange at Signal Butte Road in Mesa, Ariz. The project includes two distinct components: an auto mall development spanning approximately 80 acres, and an adjacent retail power center designed to serve one of the fastest-growing regions in the state.

24 Auto Row will be the largest new planned auto mall development in the Southeast Valley. The project features approximately 80 acres across eight parcels ranging from roughly 6.4 to 12.5 acres and was specifically designed to accommodate dealership groups seeking freeway visibility, accessibility and long-term growth opportunities.

The site plan was designed by architect John Mahoney and is being developed by the Berge family.

Adjacent to 24 Auto Row, the retail power center offers retail, drive-thru and pad opportunities. Current and planned tenants include Walmart, 7 Brew, Take 5 Oil Change, Taco Bell, Zara Nail Bar and PAC Dental.
