Work Underway on Related’s Hollywood Highrise

Related Group and BH Group have begun work on Icon Beach Waterfront Residences, a 38-story high-rise with 350 residences in Hollywood, between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. The group will also deliver a private 32-slip marina and resident-exclusive beach club.

The groundbreaking follows the recent closing of a $360 million construction loan from Tyko Capital. Completion is anticipated in 2028. Designed by Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates, the development offers one- to three-bedroom residences spanning 948 to 2,580 square feet.

Icon Beach offers 40,000 square feet of amenity space, including a pool with a sun shelf, a spa and wellness center complete with a cold plunge, steam room, and Jacuzzi, and a 3,000-square-foot health club.
