Lee & Associates Negotiates Sale of 70K-SF Oak Brook Office Property

Lee & Associates has negotiated the sale of the 70,497-square-foot commercial office property at 915 Harger Road, located in the heart of Oak Brook’s business corridor.

Tony Russo, Executive Vice President at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the seller, KMMRD Enterprises, LLC. The property offers convenient access to regional transportation networks, nearby retail and dining amenities, and a strong corporate presence that continues to attract businesses seeking suburban operational hubs. The property’s vacancy at the time of the sale was 48%, with law firm Godoy occupying the largest space.

The new ownership group, Urban Commercial Property Group, plans to invest significant capital into building renovations and deferred maintenance improvements to enhance the tenant experience and reposition the property. “With fresh capital and a long-term ownership vision, properties like 915 Harger Road are well-positioned to compete effectively in today’s market,” Russo said. “Tenants are responding positively to upgraded environments, flexible deal structures, and ownership groups committed to improving the workplace experience.”
