Zilber Opens Roseville Multifamily with Cottage-Style Residences

Estia Roseville, a new residential community development by affiliated Zilber Ltd. entities Zilber Residential Group and Homes by Towne, is introducing a new housing option to Greater Sacramento with the debut of 209 cottage-style single-story apartment homes in Roseville. The complex recently held its grand opening with Roseville Mayor Krista Bernasconi, members of Roseville City Council, and other civic and community leaders in attendance.

Located at 6350 Baseline Rd. in Roseville, Estia Roseville blends the privacy, comfort, and livability of single-family homes with the unit-sizing, amenities, and lower maintenance lifestyle of a professionally managed apartment community, according to Zilber Residential Group. “Estia Roseville represents and new and innovative in housing design that responds to how many people increasingly want to live,” said Mike King, director of residential investments for Zilber Residential Group.

He continued, “Unlike traditional apartment communities made up of stacked two- and three-story walk-up buildings, Estia was intentionally designed to create a more private, home-like living experience.”
