Stonemont Taps Arman Fashandi as Vice President of Corporate Services

Stonemont, an Atlanta-based investment firm specializing in industrial real estate, has hired Arman Fashandi as vice president of corporate services, based in Pittsburgh.

Fashandi will work to expand Stonemont’s development footprint in the Northeast while also overseeing build-to-suit initiatives and tenant relationships nationwide. Fashandi has over 15 years of experience in ground-up real estate development and tenant management, having previously worked as a senior development manager and senior transaction manager for Amazon, and as a real estate project specialist for FedEx.

He led build-to-suit transactions across multiple regions and oversaw site selection, land and building acquisitions, land-use entitlements, permitting and construction oversight for development projects ranging from 1 million to 3.4 million square feet.

Fashandi will work with Executive Vice President Dusten Estes and Senior Vice President Sean McDonnell, who oversee national corporate services and strategic growth initiatives. The Pittsburgh office represents the eighth office opening for Stonemont, with other offices located in Atlanta, Dallas, Charlotte, Tampa, Newark, Chicago and Cleveland.
