KLNB Secures Four Retail Leases at NoVa Shopping Center
KLNB has secured a series of retail lease signings at the Market at Austin Ridge, located at 962 Courthouse Road in Stafford, Virginia.
KLNB Principal Dimitri Georgelakos and Veronica Kamara represented the landlord in negotiating long-term leases with Aldi, Texas Roadhouse, Sheetz, and Flagship Carwash. The Market at Austin Ridge occupies a strategic location at the intersection of Courthouse Road and the future Austin Ridge Drive, situated immediately off the I-95 corridor in Stafford County. KLNB also previously served as the exclusive leasing agent for the landlord at Marumsco Plaza in Woodbridge, Virginia.
