UMusic Hotel

10,000 Seat Amphitheater, Hotel, Residences on Way to Hill Country

A Universal Music Group-affiliated company is developing the 10,000-seat White Rocks Amphitheater, 150 hotel rooms and 600 private residences.

The Austin Business Journal reports the hospitality and residential components will be branded UMusic Hotel & Private Residences Austin.

Subject to approvals, construction should start in the first quarter of 2027, and the first phase of development, including the amphitheater, hotel and first 240 residential units, should deliver in the fourth quarter of 2028. The second and third phases, which will deliver the remaining 360 units, should finish in 2029 or 2030.

UMusic Hospitality & Lifestyle will operate the hotel on-site. UMusic Hotels has one other location in Madrid, Spain,.

UMusic and White Rocks will offer a number of amenities, including professional recording and content studios, a nightclub, a comedy club, two fine-dining restaurants and a 1,500-capacity indoor performance venue,. Residents will get access to a private pool and fitness facilities.
