Tucson’s McClure Takes New Role with Western Retail Advisors

Nancy McClure is well known in Tucson as one of the town’s most prolific commercial real estate agents. She is leaving CBRE after spending 36 years with them, and will be in charge of Western Retail Advisors new Tucson office. McClure will become the Senior Vice President & Southern Arizona Market Leader. 

McClure brings decades of retail real estate experience to the firm, where she built a career representing landlords, local and national retailers, and investment clients throughout Tucson and Southern Arizona. McClure is known for “de-malling” a 1.1 million-square-foot core-plus center into a super-power center and for recruiting retailers and restaurants that continue to draw consumers to Southern Arizona’s shopping destinations.

The new WRA Tucson office will support the firm’s tenant and landlord representation, restaurant and entertainment leasing, specialty leasing, and investment sales services.

McClure serves as a member of the Tucson Airport Authority and on the University of Arizona Eller College of Management National Board of Advisors.
