Coldwell Banker Professional Group (CBPG), an affiliate of the Coldwell Banker Commercial network, announced the launch of Coldwell Banker Commercial Professional Group (CBCPG), a dedicated commercial real estate division serving businesses, investors, developers, and commercial property owners throughout Oregon.

The launch of CBCPG marks a significant expansion for the company as it continues growing its footprint and services across the state. With offices spanning communities throughout Oregon, including Eugene, Newberg, McMinnville, West Linn, Sheridan, Lincoln City, Newport, Tillamook, Medford, and Salem, the new commercial division will provide specialized expertise in commercial sales, leasing, investment properties, development opportunities, mixed-use assets, industrial properties, retail spaces, office properties, and land acquisition.
