Lee & Associates of Illinois Negotiates Full Building Lease in I-55 Corridor

Lee & Associates has closed a new lease transaction for a 100,800-square-foot industrial building located at 1215 101st Street in Woodridge, Illinois. 

Jeff Galante, SIOR and Jeff Janda, SIOR, principals at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the owner, Rediehs & Rediehs LLC.  The building was leased by Secure Source America LLC, a manufacturing company. The property offers immediate access to I-55 / I-355 via the Lemont Road interchange.

1215 101st Street features 24′ clear height ceilings, nine interior dock doors with levelers, and three drive-in doors. The property was built in 1989 and renovated in 2017, and the site also has more than 100 parking spaces. Situated in Dupage County, 1215 101st Street includes a 5,436-square-foot main office, a 535-square-foot additional office space, and a 413-square-foot shipping space. Lee & Associates also recently negotiated a new lease on a 40,873-square-foot unit at 300 Airport Road in Fox River Business Center, Elgin, Illinois.
