Dana-Farber Plans New Ambulatory Center in Boston Landing

Dana-Farber Cancer Institute has signed a letter of intent to open an ambulatory center located at 60 Guest St. in Brighton within Boston Landing, CEO and president Benjamin L. Ebert wrote on LinkedIn. The hospital is aiming for a summer 2029 opening, pending regulatory approval.

The new space will include exam rooms, infusion, pharmacy, radiology, lab services and clinical trials to deliver “multidisciplinary care,” Ebert wrote. Dana-Farber hasn’t announced a cost for the new facility or how much space at the 350,000-asquare-foot property it will occupy.

“With increasing cancer incidence, more patients are turning to us for their cancer care,” wrote Ebert. “This additional state-of-the art ambulatory practice will enable us to provide exceptional care to more patients who are counting on us.” It will join ambulatory centers in Yawkey and Chestnut Hill, which are seeing increased patient volumes, a spokesperson told the Boston Business Journal.
